Service Scope

VPNVZ provides international routes for cross-border access and subscription management, covering 100+ countries / 170+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and connection configurations are shown in the user panel.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships to streaming services, AI tools, or other third-party platforms. Third-party accounts, content licenses, and regional eligibility are determined by the relevant platforms. Connecting to a route does not guarantee access to all third-party content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; you can register with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription links secure. Do not publish them or let others use them. If credentials are exposed or you notice unusual connections, change your password and seek assistance through the user panel.

There is no device limit, and account holders may use the service on their own devices. This does not permit sharing accounts or subscriptions with others, reselling, renting, or distributing access, or using a subscription as a resource to provide services to others.

Monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB · ¥18/month includes 250GB · ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB; data remains available until used and never expires. Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region involved in their use, as well as the rules of platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, data theft, or other illegal activity.

Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, network attacks, interference with others' connections, and misuse of service resources that affects other users are prohibited. Network connectivity does not grant rights to content. Users are responsible for confirming that their access and use are lawful.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection quality depends on local networks, carrier routing, destination services, device settings, and maintenance. VPNVZ does not guarantee uninterrupted connections or ongoing availability of any particular platform, regional content library, or feature. If you encounter an issue, first check your subscription status, then follow the troubleshooting steps in the Help Center.

For issues outside the service's control, such as changes to third-party platform rules or public network outages, VPNVZ will help troubleshoot where possible. Users should keep copies of important information and should not rely on the service as the sole connection for critical operations. This section does not exclude any liability that VPNVZ is required to assume by law.

Refunds and How to Request One

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and submit a request through the ticket portal, including order information that can be used for verification. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the service. Order verification is used to confirm the payment record and refund eligibility.

Check your ticket for updates after submitting your request. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment channel; these terms do not promise a specific processing time. If the order record does not match the payment status, keep your payment receipt and explain the discrepancy in the ticket. Do not disclose account credentials publicly.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

For accounts that violate acceptable use requirements, resell or share subscriptions, or threaten service operations, VPNVZ may restrict connections, suspend service, or terminate the account, depending on the circumstances. If you disagree with an action, you may explain the situation through a ticket in the user panel. Refunds and other rights remain subject to these terms and applicable law.

When service rules change, VPNVZ will update this page and its last-updated date. Significant changes affecting subscription rights will be explained through site announcements or the user panel, including their scope and effective date. Updates will not retroactively reduce confirmed refund rights. If you have questions about a change, contact support through a ticket before continuing to use the service.
