Create an Account and Open the User Dashboard
Use the “Start Free” link below to open the account creation page in the VPNVZ user dashboard. Choose a username you’ll remember and set a password for the service. No email address is required—you can create an account with a username and password. Check your entries, especially capitalization and accidental spaces, then follow the on-screen instructions.
After creating your account, check that you’re in the account area. If you’re still on the sign-in page, log in with the username and password you just set. Save your details in a password manager on your own device rather than relying on the browser to keep you signed in. When switching devices, use the same account to find your orders and subscription.
This step creates an account; it doesn’t activate a plan. “Start Free” is the label on the account entry button. What’s available to use is shown in the user dashboard. Once you’re in, check the plans section. If you already have an active plan, skip to “Get Your Subscription”—there’s no need to create another account.
Choose a Plan and Check Your Order Status
Open the plans section in the user dashboard and decide whether a monthly plan or a data package suits you better. Monthly plans are for regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packages suit less predictable usage and remain valid until used up; they never expire. The monthly reset applies only to monthly plans—data packages don’t replenish each month.
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Compare all options on the plans page before choosing. Back in the dashboard, check the selected plan, amount due, and data details. VPNVZ supports unlimited devices, but plan your data allowance around your usage across devices.
Once you’ve chosen a plan, follow the order steps in the dashboard. VPNVZ accepts Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Use the payment options and instructions currently shown on the order page. After paying, return to the user dashboard to check the order result and plan status. Don’t assume the plan is active just because you closed the payment page. If the dashboard hasn’t updated, reopen your order and account overview to check before submitting payment again.
If you upgrade a monthly plan partway through its term, the price difference is converted into remaining days; check the details in the dashboard. VPNVZ offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the Terms of Service for full details. If you have questions about an order, keep its details and contact support through a dashboard ticket. Once your plan is active, you can get your subscription.
Get Your Subscription Link and Prepare to Import It
Open the account overview in the user dashboard. Make sure you’re signed in to the account used to place the order and that your plan is active. Find the subscriptions section and copy the subscription link. The dashboard may also offer a direct import option to open a client. If you haven’t installed a compatible client yet, copy the link and check the Downloads section for options.
The subscription link gives your client access to server configurations. It isn’t a browser sign-in page or an app download link. Paste it into the client’s subscription or configuration field—not into the username, password, or server address fields. If you copied explanatory text instead, or the pasted content looks incomplete, go back to the dashboard and copy the link again. Don’t guess or edit the URL yourself.
Use the subscription link only on your own devices. Don’t share it publicly. It may contain account-related access credentials. Don’t post the full link in a public forum or send a screenshot of its QR code to others. If you need help with an error, note the error message and hide your subscription and account details.
This guide doesn’t show real subscription URLs or provide standalone installers. Keep the user dashboard open, then prepare the client on the device you want to use. If you need to move your subscription to another device, use a method you trust. Alternatively, sign in to the same account on that device and copy the link again from the account overview.
Import a Client Configuration on Your Device
Open the Downloads section of the user dashboard and check the client options and import instructions for your device. You need to be signed in to get your subscription; check the dashboard to see which clients are available. The steps below cover common workflows for each platform. Use a client currently offered or recommended in the dashboard that supports subscription profiles. There’s no need to switch from a client that already works just to match the labels in this guide.
Windows: Add a Subscription to the Profile List
Use a Windows desktop client that supports subscription profiles. Install and open it by following the dashboard instructions. Go to “Profiles” or “Subscriptions” and look for an option to add, import, or download a profile from a link. Paste the subscription link you copied, making sure it’s complete. If the client asks for a name, use something easy to recognize, such as “VPNVZ,” then save and update.
After the update, the new profile should appear in the profile list, with available servers in the proxy or server section. Select the new profile, then choose a server. If you only added the link but didn’t switch to the new profile, the client may still be using old settings. If the list is empty, check the update result and your plan status before changing network settings in your system.
macOS: Import the Profile and Check It’s Selected
Use a macOS subscription client offered in the dashboard or listed in its instructions. In the app, look under “Profiles,” “Subscriptions,” or subscription management for an option to import from a URL. Paste the link, save, and update. If the dashboard offers direct import, use it only when the client is installed and running. If macOS asks whether to open an app, check the app name first.
Return to the client and check that the new profile is selected and the server list has loaded. Some clients keep profile management separate from the connection switch, so a successful import doesn’t mean you’re connected. Choose a server, then enable the system proxy or network access as prompted. Don’t run other proxy clients at the same time, or it may be unclear which profile is handling your traffic.
Android: Load Servers from Your Subscription
Use an Android client that supports subscription imports and follow the dashboard’s download and installation instructions. Open the client and go to the profile list. Paste your link using the add-profile, import-from-URL, or subscription management option. Save and update the subscription, wait for it to finish loading, then open the server list. If the app asks to access the clipboard, make sure you’ve just copied or pasted the link yourself.
The first time you connect, Android may ask for permission to create a VPN connection. Check the app name and confirm in the system dialog. Loading servers and granting system permission are separate steps; missing either one can prevent access to the site you want. Keep the app open while you verify the connection. If it disconnects after you switch apps, see the help center for background operation troubleshooting.
iOS: Import and Approve the Configuration
On your iPhone or iPad, read the iOS instructions in the user dashboard and use the App Store link there to find a client that supports subscription imports. App availability and requirements are determined by the store and the current dashboard instructions. Don’t assume the service plan includes fees for third-party apps. Once the app is installed, return to the account overview to copy your subscription or use the dashboard’s import option.
To import manually, look for “Subscriptions,” “Profiles,” or an option to add a URL in the client. Paste the link and update it. Once the servers appear, choose a region and connect. If iOS asks to add a VPN configuration, make sure the request comes from the client you’re using, then follow the system prompts to approve it. Check the connection status in the client; closing the permission screen doesn’t mean you’re connected.
VPNVZ also supports Linux. Check the user dashboard for compatible clients and import instructions. Whatever platform you use, the next step is the same: check the selected profile, server, and connection status, then test the site you want to visit. If an import fails, see the Help Center’s connection and troubleshooting guide. You don’t need to dig into protocol differences at this stage.
Connect to a Server and Test Access
Open the server list in your client, choose a region for your needs, then connect. For everyday browsing, choose any currently available server. For a streaming library, pick the region you want to access. For AI tools, check the tool’s own regional availability and account requirements too. A region shown in the server list doesn’t guarantee a platform will offer its content there; check your network connection and platform access separately.
Once connected, open the site or app you want to use. Check that the page loads, you can access your account, and the features you need work. A client showing “Connected” doesn’t confirm that the target service is working. If your browser still shows an earlier error, close that page and open it again so you don’t mistake an old result for the current connection status.
If you can’t access the site, check these in order: your plan is active, the subscription updated successfully, the correct profile is selected, the intended server is selected, and the client is connected. Then try another available server in the same region and reopen the site. Change one thing at a time so you can identify what made a difference. Don’t change your profile, proxy mode, and multiple system settings all at once.
If the site opens but the streaming library, video quality, or AI features aren’t what you expected, check the platform account, region, and content access requirements. VPNVZ provides a network connection; it doesn’t replace an account or subscription required by the platform. For details on streaming regions, errors, and server selection, see the Streaming Guide. For everyday connection issues, start with the Help Center.
If the issue persists, submit a support ticket through the user dashboard. Include your device platform, client name, selected server, the page where the problem occurred, and any error message shown. Hide your subscription link and sensitive account details in screenshots. Once you’ve verified the connection, keep the profile that works. If the server list changes later, update it from the original subscription. Test the services you need, then keep the servers that work for you.
That’s the end of the setup guide. Check the plans page for plan details, the Help Center for connection issues, and the Streaming Guide for server and streaming information.
